What this policy covers
This policy covers the PushedWorld iOS app, its widgets and Live Activities, and this website. “PushedWorld,” “we,” and “us” refer to the publisher identified on PushedWorld’s App Store listing.
PushedWorld does not currently operate its own user-account server or workout database. Some features use Apple services and RevenueCat subscription processing, as described below. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Information used by the app
Profile and workout information
Your PushedWorld display name, selected avatar and frame, settings, completed sessions, rep totals, streaks, and progress are stored locally on your device. App widgets and Live Activities may read limited progress and reminder information through Apple’s shared app storage so they can display it outside the app.
Camera and body landmarks
When you start a push-up session, PushedWorld requests access to the camera and uses Apple’s on-device Vision technology to estimate body landmarks and count movement. Camera frames and pose landmarks are processed live for the active session. PushedWorld does not record, save, upload, or share your camera video or pose landmarks.
Device motion
During an active push-up session, PushedWorld checks rotation and acceleration from your iPhone’s motion sensors to confirm that the phone remains still while reps are counted. These raw motion samples are used live on the device and are not recorded, saved, uploaded, or shared by PushedWorld.
Notifications
If you turn mentor check-ins on, the app uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule them on your device. The same setting can show today’s reps and streak in an Apple Live Activity on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. You can turn check-ins off in PushedWorld, remove the widget or Live Activity, or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer you, diagnose the reported issue, protect the service, and keep a reasonable support record. Our email provider processes those communications for us. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or a legal obligation, and you may ask us to delete a support conversation.
Subscriptions and optional Apple services
Game Center
Only after you choose “Connect & sync reps,” PushedWorld can read the Game Center identity Apple makes available to the app, such as your player nickname, and submit your cumulative push-up score to the PushedWorld leaderboard. Simply opening League does not sync a score. Apple operates Game Center, and you can use the core app without joining League.
PushedWorld stores a locally derived token based on the Game Center player identifier to prevent duplicate cumulative-score submissions. The token is not sent to a PushedWorld server and is removed when you erase local data.
PushedWorld Pro subscriptions
PushedWorld offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Eligible new subscribers may receive one 3-day introductory free trial within the PushedWorld Pro subscription group. The app obtains the live localized price, billing period, and introductory-offer information from Apple through the RevenueCat subscription SDK; it does not use the Canada base-storefront price as a worldwide customer price.
Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds, and PushedWorld does not receive or handle your payment-card details. RevenueCat assigns this installation a random anonymous customer ID and processes the Apple purchase history and subscription status needed to offer plans, validate PushedWorld Pro access, and restore purchases. PushedWorld does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, Game Center identity, workout history, camera frames, or pose landmarks. RevenueCat is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, attribution, or general app-usage analytics.
The anonymous customer ID and associated purchase and entitlement records may remain with RevenueCat as needed to provide subscription access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, and support customers. The in-app Privacy screen displays the current subscription support ID. Include that ID in a request through the PushedWorld Support page if you want us to assess or process an applicable RevenueCat-record deletion request. Deleting RevenueCat records does not delete Apple’s purchase history or cancel an Apple subscription.
Information handled by Game Center, iCloud, device backups, or other Apple services is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Retention and your controls
Local app data stays on your device until you erase it in PushedWorld settings or remove the app. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
- Erase local data: Open PushedWorld Settings and choose “Erase Local Data.”
- Camera, motion, and notifications: Review or revoke access in iOS Settings.
- Game Center: Manage your Game Center identity and privacy in iOS Settings.
- PushedWorld Pro: Use Restore Purchases in PushedWorld when an Apple purchase is not reflected. Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings. Erasing local PushedWorld data does not cancel, refund, or remove an Apple-managed subscription, and it does not automatically delete RevenueCat’s anonymous subscription record.
- Website analytics: Use “Analytics choices” in the website footer. Google Analytics event-level data is configured for 14-month retention. Aggregated reporting may be retained longer under Google Analytics’ operation and Google’s policies.
Erasing PushedWorld’s local data does not delete Game Center scores because Apple manages those records.
Subscription expiry or cancellation does not erase your local workout history. PushedWorld reads the current RevenueCat entitlement backed by Apple subscription status to decide whether paid app access is active.
Security and fitness guidance
Keeping camera processing and workout history on your device limits the information available to us. No method of storing information is perfectly secure, so keep your iPhone and Apple Account protected with the security features Apple provides.
PushedWorld provides general fitness guidance and is not a medical service. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and seek qualified advice when appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version began to apply.
