01
Push-ups are not counting
- Prop your iPhone securely and low in portrait, then step back until your hands, hips, knees, and feet all remain visible.
- Use even light and avoid strong backlighting.
- Allow Camera access in iOS Settings, then fully reopen PushedWorld.
- Start with a slow standard push-up so the app can see both the high and low positions.
Pose dots are a visual guide only; you can turn them off without disabling rep detection.
02
Subscription, trial, or restore looks wrong
PushedWorld uses RevenueCat to obtain Apple’s current weekly and yearly prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and entitlement state. A 3-day introductory free trial is available only when Apple reports that the Apple Account is eligible; each person can redeem only one introductory offer in the PushedWorld Pro subscription group.
- Confirm that the App Store is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- On the PushedWorld Pro screen, choose “Restore Purchases” and complete any Apple authentication prompt.
- If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple to finish it, then reopen PushedWorld. Pending or unverified transactions cannot unlock access.
- Manage or cancel an active plan in Apple Account subscription settings.
Erasing local PushedWorld data does not cancel or refund an Apple-managed subscription, does not automatically delete RevenueCat’s anonymous subscription record, and subscription expiry does not erase local workout history. Apple processes billing and refunds; PushedWorld never receives payment-card details. If you contact us about subscription access or an applicable RevenueCat-record deletion request, include the subscription support ID shown on PushedWorld’s Privacy screen.
03
League is unavailable
League uses Apple Game Center. In PushedWorld, open League and choose “Connect & sync reps.” If prompted, sign in to Game Center. Your PushedWorld display name remains primary; your Game Center nickname appears as secondary identity after you join.
With an active PushedWorld Pro entitlement, you can keep using sessions, history, and the Path without Game Center.
04
Workout history or progress looks wrong
Completed sessions and Path progress are stored locally on this iPhone. End an active workout with the session close control so completed reps are saved before the recap appears, then reopen the app to refresh the dashboard and widget if needed.
Removing the app or choosing “Erase Local Data” permanently removes PushedWorld’s local workout history.
05
Widget or reminder looks stale
Open PushedWorld once after installing or updating it. Check that reminders are enabled inside the app and that notification permission is allowed in iOS Settings. Widget refresh timing is ultimately scheduled by iOS.
06
Erase local data
Open PushedWorld Settings and choose “Erase Local Data.” This removes your local profile, workout history, preferences, reminders, and shared widget data.
Apple-managed Game Center scores are not erased by this action.
07
Exercise safely
PushedWorld offers general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Choose a variation you can control, use a stable surface, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
