Push-ups are not counting

  1. Prop your iPhone securely in portrait and keep your full upper body, hips, and hands visible.
  2. Use even light and avoid strong backlighting.
  3. Allow Camera access in iOS Settings, then fully reopen PushedWorld.
  4. Start with a slow standard push-up so the app can see both the high and low positions.

Pose dots are a visual guide only; you can turn them off without disabling rep detection.

02

League is unavailable

League uses Apple Game Center. In PushedWorld, open League and choose “Connect & sync reps.” If prompted, sign in to Game Center. Your PushedWorld display name remains primary; your Game Center nickname appears as secondary identity after you join.

You can keep using sessions, history, and the Path without Game Center.

03

Workout history or progress looks wrong

Completed sessions and Path progress are stored locally on this iPhone. End an active workout with the session close control so completed reps are saved before the recap appears, then reopen the app to refresh the dashboard and widget if needed.

Removing the app or choosing “Erase Local Data” permanently removes PushedWorld’s local workout history.

04

Widget or reminder looks stale

Open PushedWorld once after installing or updating it. Check that reminders are enabled inside the app and that notification permission is allowed in iOS Settings. Widget refresh timing is ultimately scheduled by iOS.

05

Erase local data

Open PushedWorld Settings and choose “Erase Local Data.” This removes your local profile, workout history, preferences, reminders, and shared widget data.

Apple-managed Game Center scores are not erased by this action.

06

Exercise safely

PushedWorld offers general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Choose a variation you can control, use a stable surface, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
